Refund & Return Policy

Return Eligibility
Due to the health, hygiene, and safety standards associated with medicinal, ayurvedic, and OTC products, we operate under a strict return policy. Returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:
* The wrong product was delivered.
* The product arrived physically damaged or in a tampered state.
* The product delivered is past its expiration date.
*Non-Returnable Items*
For safety reasons, any product that has been opened, unsealed, or used cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
Initiating a Return or Refund
If your order meets the eligible criteria above, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Support: Email us at Medisurgepune@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue (e.g., damaged packaging or incorrect item).
2. Verification: Our team will review the claim within 2 business days.
3. Resolution: If approved, a replacement will be shipped immediately, or a refund will be processed to your original method of purchase.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been dispatched from our facility. Once an order has been handed over to our logistics partners, it cannot be cancelled.
